Job Summary
Employnet is seeking a highly organized and customer‑focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative with experience in logistics, dispatching, and call center operations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinate transportation and scheduling activities, and provide exceptional support in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers, technicians, or service personnel to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor schedules, routes, and shipment statuses while providing updates to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, dispatch activities, and service requests.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Track deliveries, appointments, and service completion to meet company standards.
- Utilize dispatching, CRM, and logistics software to manage daily operations.
- Assist with order entry, scheduling, and administrative support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, dispatching, or a call center environment.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and dispatching software.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience coordinating routes, deliveries, or transportation schedules.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Data entry and record‑keeping accuracy.
- Conflict resolution and customer retention skills.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
