Role DescriptionAs Account Representative for Jacob Althage – State Farm Agent, you support daily operations and customers’ success. You grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve customers’ lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career while benefiting the community.
Responsibilities- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
