Role

Summary

As a Senior Client Service Analyst on the Customer Success team, you will ensure customers have a positive experience with the company’s products and services. You will analyze customer data and provide feedback to identify issues and opportunities for improvement that drive the best customer experience with valuable deliverable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as one of the primary analytics points of contact for day-to-day activities within the Client Services Team and establish trusted relationships with assigned Customer Service Managers to support clients.
  • Work with customers in collaboration with the CSM to understand their needs and goals for their organization.
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure success with R1 services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer performance and provide value-added services.
  • Communicate regularly with customers alongside the CSM to share KPI performance updates and opportunities.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on using services as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle management.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to the client executive management team and R1 operations teams to drive accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and resolve issues timely and effectively that align to the client’s mission.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure retention.
  • Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively define a successful partnership and key goals/KPIs with the CSM and customers to measure success.
  • Build client relationships through demonstrated understanding of client needs and changes in the marketplace.
  • Stay abreast of internal and external changes to provide value to the client.
  • Suggest and manage implementation of client improvement opportunities to enable efficient workflows for the client’s accounts receivable.
  • Collaborate with other R1 functions to support practice management services, accounts receivable, coding, and related services.
  • Participate in Client Business Reviews and Meetings to review performance and strategy.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, sales or consulting with clients.
  • 2+ years of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience.
  • Experience working with and manipulating data.

This US-based position has a base pay range of $46,664.00 - $72,250.29 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan with a target of 5.00%.
