We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the sales team, processing orders, and building strong customer relationships. • Process customer inquiries and sales orders accurately via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Support the sales team by coordinating customer requests and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Promote products, specials, and additional offerings to help meet customer needs.
• Coordinate special orders, pricing updates, and product samples.
• Prepare and distribute customer pricing and bid information.
• Answer questions regarding products, availability, and order status.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, product quality, shortages, or service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience in an office environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in food manufacturing, food distribution, wholesale, or a related industry is a plus.

• Primarily office-based work.
• Occasionally work in refrigerated warehouse or production areas.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard office equipment throughout the day.
• Occasional overtime may be required.
