Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking banking, insurance, and investment support. Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for banking, insurance, and investment customers via phone, email, and in-branch support
• Resolve account, loan, and insurance inquiries with accuracy and compliance to financial regulations
• Process payments, account updates, and basic transactions while maintaining detailed records
• Educate customers on CCFI products and services and make appropriate referrals to drive growth
• Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices
• Uphold CCFI's inclusive culture through professional, respectful, and community-focused service
