Key Motors of Reno is seeking a Service Advisor to manage the drive lane and service orders, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous service. You will take ownership of the customer experience and support technicians while maintaining high Customer Happiness scores.
In this role, you will coordinate with upper management on staffing decisions, oversee warranty claims, and maintain strong relationships with factory partners. A strong service and sales record is preferred.
