Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service Supervisor and department in the performance of daily activities which including but are not limited to creating and issuing invoices. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Generating quotes for freight using established company policies and procedures. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email.

Data Entry

High School diploma or GED equivalent Efficient in the use of MS Office - specifically email since this is the main form of communication with customers One-year of business billing experience, nice to have Experience in the transportation or logistics industry, a plus

Entry Level

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, NV.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
