Integr8staff is seeking an experienced Credit Customer Service Representative for a Flowery Branch, GA location. The role is 100% on-site, with a possibility of hybrid conversion later, and is contract-to-hire with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour depending on experience.
The position involves assisting customers with order status, researching order problems, processing returns and credits, and maintaining accurate customer records. Prior call center and freight carrier experience is preferred.
