• Safety & compliance:
  This is a safety‑sensitive position and requires successfully passing a pre‑employment drug screen. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to keep everyone safe.

• Chairside assisting:
  Provide high‑quality clinical assistance to the orthodontist during routine adjustments, bondings, and debonding procedures.
• Patient care:
  Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment steps, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions.
• Sterilization & setup:
  Prepare, clean, and meticulously sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments.
• Team collaboration:
  Support frontline and clinical teammates to ensure an efficient, smooth, and positive daily patient flow.

• Competitive wages: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour based on your experience.
