Orthodontic Assistant / Dental Assistant

Qualifications- Technical skills:
Basic knowledge of clinical dental/orthodontic equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols. - Clinical mindset:
Strong attention to detailbecause precision matters in creating beautiful smilesand the ability to stay focused and attentive in a fast‑paced environment. - Administrative strengths:
Solid organizational skills (helping handle clinical scheduling, patient records, and chairside inventory). - Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude that instantly makes patients feel at ease. - Teamwork: A true team‑player mindset and an eagerness to constantly learn, adapt, and grow in the dental field.
- Safety & compliance:
This is a safety‑sensitive position and requires successfully passing a pre‑employment drug screen. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines to keep everyone safe.
- Chairside assisting:
Provide high‑quality clinical assistance to the orthodontist during routine adjustments, bondings, and debonding procedures. - Patient care:
Warmly welcome patients, guide them through their treatment steps, and provide clear oral hygiene instructions. - Sterilization & setup:
Prepare, clean, and meticulously sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments. - Team collaboration:
Support frontline and clinical teammates to ensure an efficient, smooth, and positive daily patient flow.
- Competitive wages: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour based on your experience.
