Reno, Sparks & Carson City, NV — Full-Time

Pay: $20.00 per hour + Monthly Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll guide patients and families through their orthodontic treatment journey—from the initial consultation to scheduling treatment and reviewing financial options.

• Welcome new patients and create a positive first impression
• Coordinate and present treatment plans
• Review financial arrangements and insurance benefits
• Answer questions and help patients feel confident about treatment
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records
• Travel between our Reno, Sparks, and Carson City offices as needed

• 2+ years of dental or orthodontic front desk or treatment coordinator experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable discussing financial information
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
