If a candidate falls within a listed pay range, the final offered rate will be determined by the hiring manager based on overall experience, certifications, skill level, and training.

Starting at $17+/hour (DOE – Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities- Assist dentists chairside during restorative and preventive procedures
- Prepare, disinfect, and maintain treatment rooms before and after patients
- Take and process dental X-rays (as permitted by certification)
- Help support patient flow and ensure patient comfort during visits
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting
- Sterilize instruments and manage clinical supply inventory
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post‑op instructions
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
- Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Dental assisting experience preferred (but not required for all roles)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
