We are a private practice that offers PPO and Fee for Service General Dental care. Our team is dynamic, hard‑working, and excellent communicators. We are looking to add a front desk dental team member who fits our culture and brings experience to help continue our growth and provide exceptional VIP patient care.

• Knowledgeable about dental front office systems, billing, and insurance

• Check in and check out patients, greeting them with a smile
• Answer the phone and support scheduling for doctors and hygiene appointments
• Engage patients and resolve billing questions
• Assist with treatment presentation and create accurate financial arrangements
• Verify insurance and fill holes in the schedule
• Collect over‑the‑counter patient balances and co‑payments
• Manage the hygiene schedule and Recare/Reactivation program

  Mon‑Wed 7:00‑4:00, Thu 6:30‑3:00 (36‑38 hours per week), 2 Fridays per month 8‑3

Two or more years of experience in the dental field required. Dentrix experience is a plus. Front desk experience is a plus.
