Orthodontic Partners is seeking a high‑energy, patient‑focused Clinical Assistant to support orthodontic procedures and patient care. This position emphasizes professional growth and a supportive team environment.

• Basic knowledge of clinical dental/orthodontic equipment, sterilization techniques, and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid organizational skills for clinical scheduling, patient records, and chairside inventory.

• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and comply with CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines.

• Assist the orthodontist during routine adjustments, bonding, and debonding procedures.
• Welcome patients, guide them through treatment steps, and provide oral hygiene instructions.
• Prepare, clean, and sterilize orthodontic instruments and treatment bays between appointments.
• Support clinical team to ensure efficient, smooth patient flow.
