A Day in the Life:
You focus entirely on scaling, root planing, and co-diagnosis. Your dedicated assistant handles room turnover, X-rays, and sterilization, ensuring you never feel rushed or fall behind schedule. This lets you focus 100% on what you do best: top-tier patient care, education, and maximizing your daily uncapped bonus! Enjoy a consistent, predictable schedule that gives you plenty of time to recharge and enjoy the great Reno-Tahoe outdoors.

Licensure:
Active Nevada Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing (or currently in the active process of obtaining NV licensure).

Technical

Skills:

Experience with modern dental practice management software and digital charting (experience with Open Dental and digital radiography is a major plus).

Patient Care: A deep commitment to providing gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive preventative and periodontal therapies (SRP) for patients of all ages.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, a warm bedside manner, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative "team-first" mentality.
