Pay Rate: Starting at $53.00 per hour

  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days a week).
• Friday Hours 1 to 2 Times a Month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Leave early on Fridays!).

• Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal charting, and oral health screenings.
• Educate patients on optimal oral hygiene strategies and preventive care techniques.
• Take high-quality digital dental X-rays as required.
• Actively identify treatment opportunities and internal referral possibilities to help expand our patient base.
• Collaborate closely with our dentists to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans.
• Maintain strict sterilization, safety, and infection control protocols.

• Active State Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to the clinic's growth.
• Have excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, compassionate bedside manner.
• Be a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative private practice setting.
