• Pay Rate: $200.50/hour

• Perform endodontic procedures including root canals and retreatments
• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Ensure infection control and adhere to safety protocols
• Document treatment details accurately in patient records
• Collaborate with dental team members to provide high-quality care
• Manage patient education and post-treatment instructions
• Maintain timely communication with staff and patients

• Valid dental license to practice in Nevada
• Prior endodontic experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

This float pool position involves working four Fridays per month at two Gentle Dental locations in Reno, Nevada. The assignment offers a minimum of three months, with potential extension. Travel between sites can be performed by the same or different providers, depending on preference. The schedule is a day shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing a good work/life balance while delivering essential dental services.
