At Peak Periodontics & Implants
, we're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who values exceptional patient care, enjoys building relationships with patients, and wants to be part of a clinical team where quality comes before volume.

Our hygienists typically see just 6–8 patients per day
, giving you the time to provide thorough periodontal care, educate your patients, document appropriately, and build relationships without feeling like you're constantly running behind.

And you'll do it on a four-day work week.

As a periodontal practice, many of our patients have experienced significant periodontal disease or undergone complex periodontal and implant treatment. Hygiene isn't an afterthought in our practice—it is an essential part of protecting the results our patients and clinical team have worked hard to achieve.

Successful periodontal treatment doesn't end when surgery is complete.

Long-term success depends on excellent maintenance, patient education, early identification of disease recurrence, and a hygienist who takes ownership of their patients' periodontal health.

That's where you come in.

You’ll work alongside Dr. Antoine and our clinical team to help patients maintain healthy teeth, implants, and periodontal tissues for years to come.

You’ll have the time and support necessary to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care rather than simply moving patients through the schedule.

We believe excellent dentistry requires enough time to actually provide it.

Our hygiene schedule is intentionally designed to be manageable, with approximately 6–8 patients per day and ample appointment time for appropriate patient care.

Your regular schedule will be:

Monday
• Tuesday
• Wednesday
• Friday

That means a consistent four-day work week with Thursdays off

We want you to have the time to review your patient's history, perform comprehensive periodontal care, educate them, complete accurate documentation, communicate findings with the doctor, and prepare appropriately for your next patient.

As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you will:

• Provide periodontal maintenance and preventive hygiene care
• Perform scaling and root planing when indicated
• Complete comprehensive periodontal charting and assessments
• Evaluate periodontal tissues and identify changes in periodontal health
• Assess and maintain dental implants and peri-implant tissues
• Obtain appropriate dental radiographs
• Educate patients about periodontal disease, oral hygiene, and long-term maintenance
• Help patients understand the connection between their daily habits and long-term treatment success
• Communicate clinical findings effectively with the doctor and clinical team
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation
• Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and respected throughout their appointments
• Maintain an organized and properly stocked operatory
• Assist the clinical team when appropriate
• Participate in morning huddles and arrive prepared for the day's patients
