Overview
The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient-centered, evidence-based practices aligned with FQHC standards and regulations.
Responsibilities- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for patients of all ages, including managing chronic conditions and ordering diagnostics.
- Prescribe medications, document encounters accurately, and coordinate referrals with specialists and ancillary providers.
- Supervise clinical staff, participate in quality initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and privacy laws.
MD/DO, completed residency, board certification or eligibility, active licensure, and experience in primary care or underserved settings preferred.
