The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across all ages in an outpatient setting, emphasizing preventive, chronic disease management, and evidence-based practices.
- Deliver direct clinical care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up.
- Manage conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and asthma; order and interpret tests; prescribe medications.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise clinical staff, and coordinate referrals.
- Participate in quality improvement, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintain EMR documentation.
- Support organizational policies, provide culturally competent care, and work in a fast-paced environment.
