Technical Trainer - ProAcademy

Responsibilities

• Organize, prepare, and implement technical training in the form of classroom courses, online courses, and webinars for both customers and internal personnel.
• Offer training on Pisten Bully, Power Bully, and Beach Tech
• Offer training on electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and engine-related topics.
• Collaborate with the Technical Services team and the Pro Academy course development teams to create new training concepts and material, and update or optimize existing content.
• Provide consultation and support to the Pro Academy sales team, including generating reports.
• Attend and promote Pro Academy at trade shows and other industry-appropriate events across the U.S. and Canada.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to inform customers of course offerings, event dates, and other promotional material.
• Travel, including international travel, is required.

• High School diploma or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ski industry or technical training with previous knowledge in hydraulic & electrical.
• Ability to present to a large group/audience.
• Excellent communication skills and motivating presence.
• Proficient in digital tools and software. Excellent skills in Microsoft Suite.
