Position Summary
The Office for Prospective Students at the University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for a Coordinator, Admissions Outreach & Recruitment based in Las Vegas. This position is responsible for recruiting admissible students for the Collegiate Academy programs and implementing recruitment strategies developed by the Office for Prospective Students and Collegiate Academy leadership.
Responsibilities- Recruit and engage prospective students and their families at outreach and recruitment events.
- Provide information about the admissions process, transfer and enrollment pathways, and financial aid opportunities.
- Execute recruitment plans and build relationships with prospective students and community partners.
- Represent the University at a variety of outreach and recruitment events.
- Support the University’s enrollment goals through effective outreach and student engagement.
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree and two years of related work experience, or Master’s degree and one year of related work experience. - Related experience in higher education, financial aid, or related fields.
- Experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or higher education.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Knowledge of admissions, enrollment, and financial aid processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience coordinating outreach or recruitment events.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Variable work schedule. Significant travel required.
CompensationGrade Administrative Faculty –
