Job Description
UNR Med Faculty Affairs is recruiting for a Student Office Assistant at 745 W. Moana Lane. The position involves supporting Faculty Affairs through various programs.
Responsibilities- Provide general office and clerical support
- Support tasks such as scanning, photocopying, data entry, and file maintenance
- Manage the desk and telephone reception
- Assist with department events and special projects
- Other tasks as assigned
Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno.
Schedule & CompensationExpected hours: 20 per week. Grade:
Student Employee Level1, $13.00/hr exempt. Full‑time equivalent: 50.0%.

A background check will be conducted for selected candidates. HR will verify academic credentials upon receipt of hiring documents.
