The University of Reno, Nevada is seeking a Coordinator, MD Pathway Programs supporting the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) by overseeing the administration and daily operations of the Post‑Baccalaureate Program, Assured Seat Program, and Bridge Program. This position is responsible for ensuring effective program operations, student support, recruitment, and student progression while collaborating closely with faculty, staff, and campus partners to prepare students for medical school success.
Responsibilities- Coordinate student communications and programming.
- Monitor student progress and outcomes.
- Support recruitment and outreach efforts.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Support academic and co‑curricular programming designed to enhance student readiness for medical school.
- May serve as Instructor of Record for undergraduate pre‑med or pathway courses as part of the regular workload.
- Bachelor's Degree and three (3) years of related experience OR
