Job Description
Responsibilities
- Purchase card reconciliation
- Organizing receipts and purchase documents
- Vendor invoice processing
- Assisting in vendor registration processes
- Copying/Scanning/Sending emails
Qualifications
- Candidate must be enrolled at the University of Nevada, Reno
- Candidate must be in good academic standing with a 2.75 minimum GPA and enrolled in at least 15 credits each semester
- Candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Sports Managements, or a related field
- Candidate has a basic understanding of accounting and financial principles including budgeting, revenue, expenses, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Candidate has a working knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with financial data and documentation
