Part-Time Air Ramp Supervisor; Airport

Job Summary

This position supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds work groups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. It sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. The role provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates functional working relationships with all personnel levels across the organization.

• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, complying with department, station, corporate, and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish and promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement, proactive communication, inter‑departmental cooperation, and continual improvement.
• Implement employee personal development plans to ensure continuous professional growth.
• Provide orientation, skills and safety training, appropriate materials, regular evaluations, and proactive coaching to support development.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

$25.70 per hour.
