This role will lead the coordination and management of wet and dry utilities on large, complex civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project leadership, engineers, field teams, and utility owners to manage the installation, relocation, and protection of water, sewer, storm, electrical, gas, and telecom utilities, ensuring they are fully integrated into project schedules and construction activities.
Responsibilities- Lead utility coordination across major infrastructure projects
- Manage relationships with utility providers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Identify and resolve utility conflicts during design and construction phases
- Support project teams with planning, sequencing, and execution of utility work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and utility regulations
- Experience managing wet and dry utilities on large civil or transportation infrastructure projects
- Background working with DOTs, municipalities, and utility owners
- Strong coordination skills across contractors, engineers, and project teams
- Ability to anticipate and resolve complex underground utility conflicts in the field
