WhatYou’ll Do
- Partner closely with Project Managers to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules for land development projects of all sizes.
- Lead and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys with accuracy and efficiency.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center to process data, create detailed plats, exhibits, and maps, and ensure high‑quality deliverables.
- Review and verify survey calculations and field data, ensuring precision and compliance with project standards.
- Collaborate daily with engineers, contractors, and clients as the trusted survey voice on the team.
- Continue developing your skills through paid training, industry events, and professional networking opportunities.
- Deep understanding of boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, legal descriptions, easements, title review, and real‑estate documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.
- Experience with Trimble field equipment preferred.
- Prior field crew experience is a plus.
- LSIT or PLS certification desired; multi‑state licensure a plus.

Pay Range$30 – $45 USD.
