Redwood Materials is seeking a dedicated Cathode Design Engineer to join the Cathode R&D team. You will design, plan, and execute experiments to advance cathode active materials and their manufacturing processes, aiming for scalable, cost-effective production.
You will analyze data, develop flow sheets, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to translate lab findings into industrial-scale workflows, while contributing to IP development and sustainability goals.
