A law firm seeks a Patent Agent or Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution and Litigation Practice Group on the Software and Electrical Engineering Team in Reno, NV.
DutiesPrepare and prosecute patent applications in the areas of 5G, 6G, and 3
GPP standards. Work with memory devices and semiconductor devices. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patent prosecution.
- 4+ years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
CertificationsNone specified.
