WSP USA is seeking a Lead Rock Mechanics Engineer to join the Mine Engineering and Stability team. The role is based in Tucson, AZ with consideration for Denver, CO and Reno, NV locations.
You will lead rock mechanics analyses for surface and underground mining projects and guide a multidisciplinary team to solve complex stability challenges. You will manage client relationships, develop technical proposals, and mentor junior staff while upholding safety and QA/QC standards.
