HOURLY RATE: $14.00 USD PER HOUR

JOB SUMMARY

It is the primary responsibility of the Midway Game operator to give great customer service while maintaining game operations.

HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

* Clean game area at end of shift and assist with trash duty

* Other job duties as may be assigned

* Stock merchandise when assigned

* Repair merchandise when assigned

* Direct problems to supervisor

* Help maintain a safe work environment

* Encourage customers to play midway games, explain game objectives, awards prizes and explain rules Encourage customers to play midway games, explain game objectives, awards prizes and explain rules

* Performs other job-related duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* Previous Customer Service experience preferred.

* Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

* Ability to perform basic math

* Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures

* Excellent customer service skills

* Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

* Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms

* High School Education or Equivalent

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

* Ability to stand for long periods of time

* Work is performed in an area which may be unusually hot, crowded and noisy

* Mobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet high

* Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech - both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
