This is a full-time, on-site role for a Slot Technician Manager at Bonanza Casino, located in Reno, NV. The Slot Technician Manager will oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of slot machines and peripheral equipment, ensuring their optimal functionality. This role includes managing a team of slot technicians, scheduling their tasks, and maintaining records of equipment inspections and repairs. A key component of the role is ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing any technical issues promptly and meeting operational standards.

• Proven supervisory skills, including team management and task delegation
• Proficiency in utilizing hand tools for slot machine maintenance and repair
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and experience in diagnosing technical issues
• Knowledge of maintenance and repair practices for slot machines and gaming equipment
• Excellent customer service skills to interact effectively with patrons and resolve issues
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
