Poker Dealer- Part-Time- Day Shift

Overview

We are currently accepting applications for a Poker Dealer. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service by dealing poker games with accuracy, speed, and full adherence to house rules and compliance procedures.

• Maintain an accurate bank and ensure all assets are guarded and protected at all times.
• Deal all required poker games, demonstrating full knowledge of poker rules.
• Maintain a fast‑paced game, keeping the action moving, preventing out‑of‑turn play, and collecting rake accurately and efficiently.
• Enforce house rules and respond promptly to the shift supervisor’s directions.
• Enthusiastically inform guests and team members about promotions, upcoming events, and services.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
• Stand, walk, use hands to handle tools and controls, reach, balance, walk up stairs, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Show close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and the ability to focus.

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Possess strong guest‑service skills and a personable demeanor.
• Have the ability to deal all required poker games and demonstrate thorough knowledge of poker rules.
• Maintain the skills necessary to perform duties efficiently and work effectively within a team‑oriented environment.
• Display a pleasant professional demeanor and comply promptly with shift supervisor instructions.
• Participate in all duties necessary to maintain a high level of guest service and keep the poker room clean without prompting.
• Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos or piercings and no unnatural hair colors.
