• Deal Craps, Pitch Black‑Jack and additional Table Games such as Roulette, Pai‑Gow and Three‑Card Poker. Baccarat is also a plus!
• Be a reliable team member and show up to assigned shifts.
• Accept coaching in a positive manner.
• Promote the Club Paradise Card to new guests.
• Engage effectively with all business contacts, demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Complete other assignments as assigned by management.
• Stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; talk, and hear during the performance of duties.
• Meet required vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a valid Nevada Gaming Control Card.
• Be able to consistently perform the five minimum interactive standards.
• Deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Possess excellent guest‑service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
