Sports book Floater - Full Time (Reno/Sparks)
Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius
Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
Responsibilities- Travel to different locations verifying funds on property
- Cover different roles, shifts, and locations within a 25-mile radius
- Accurately process race and sports wagers on the POS system and kiosk
- Become familiar with our betting options and be able to strike up conversations with customers regarding those options
- Provide a top-tier level of customer service
- Ensure you adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the company and government agencies
- Maintain all aspects of our sports betting equipment
- Effectively assist and manage the day-to-day activities and business levels of the sports book: scheduling, training, and mentoring staff, and fostering an environment focused on high performance, compliance, and family style service
- Be a positive team member and work collaboratively with other team members and your leadership team
- Additional duties as assigned
- Must have basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet, etc.)
- Ability to do simple math
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting
- 21+ years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Must be willing to work at various locations within a 25-mile radius, often at a moment's notice
- Reliable transportation
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Understanding and responsibility to adhere to all compliance requirements set for by the company and Nevada Gaming Control Board

- Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities
