Overview

Join Team Atlantis as a Table Games Dealer and create an electrifying gaming experience for guests. Your responsibilities include ensuring fair play, building excitement at every turn, and promoting the Club Paradise Card.

• Deal Poker, Blackjack, Roulette, Pai‑Gow, and Three Card Poker; experience with Craps and Baccarat is a plus.
• Maintain smooth game operation and uphold all interactive standards.
• Promote the Club Paradise Card to new and existing guests.
• Show up to assigned shifts, be a reliable team member, and accept coaching positively.
• Perform duties such as standing, walking, using hands, speaking, and hearing as required.
• Maintain vision requirements: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid Nevada Gaming Control Card.
• Consistently perform the 5 minimum interactive standards.
• Deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Excellent guest service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos, piercings, or unnatural hair colors.
