Overview

As a Table Games Dealer at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, you’ll be at the heart of the action, creating an electrifying gaming experience for guests. You will maintain smooth gameplay, ensure fair play, and build excitement at every turn in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Deal Pitch Black-Jack and other table games such as Roulette, Pai-Gow, and Three-Card Poker.
• Deal Craps and Baccarat (preferred).
• Be a reliable team member, show up for assigned shifts, and accept coaching positively.
• Promote Monarch Rewards to new guests.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with all business contacts.
• Perform any additional assignments as directed by management.
• Stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear while performing duties.
• Maintain required vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus.

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a Nevada Gaming Control Card.
• Consistently meet the 5 minimum interactive standards.
• Deal a neat, clean, and efficient game.
• Exhibit excellent guest-service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Adhere to appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
