Reporting to the Sports book Manager, you will be the face of our retail operation. By providing a high level of customer service to both regulars and “novice bettors”, you will ensure everyone is made to feel welcome at our sports book(s). As an expert in our menu of sports betting options, you will help advise and answer customer questions to help them make an informed, responsible decision with their sports wagering.

• Provide a top tier level of customer service that encourages customers to come back repeatedly
• Ensure compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by the company and gaming control board to avoid penalties
• Become familiar with our betting options and engage customers in conversations regarding those options
• Work to resolve customer disputes and complaints and, when needed, elevate issues to the supervisor
• Collaborate positively with team members and your leadership team
• Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed according to company policy and gaming control board standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Excel, internet, etc.)
• At least 1 year of cash handling experience in a work setting
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• 21+ years of age
• Pass a background check
• Obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions, if required
• High level of customer service skills
• Flexible schedule availability: nights, weekends, and some holidays preferred
• Professional presentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform simple math
• Adherence to compliance requirements set by the company and Gaming Control Board

• Stand for extended periods of time
• L lift, pull or push 25 lbs.
• Write for extended periods of time; twist, bend or reach without significant limitations
