Poker Dealer

Position Summary

We are currently accepting applications for a Poker Dealer. This role is committed to providing exceptional guest service as a member of the Poker Room team. The Poker Room Dealer must deal a protected game with emphasis on compliance with procedures and technical specifications while enforcing rules in a friendly and informative manner.

• Maintain an accurate bank and ensure all assets are guarded and protected at all times.
• Deal all required poker games and possess a full understanding and knowledge of poker rules.
• Maintain focus to ensure a fast‑paced game with no errors; maintain game pace, keep the action moving, prevent out‑of‑turn action, collect rake accurately and efficiently, and enforce house rules.
• Enthusiastically seek opportunities to inform guests and team members about special promotions, upcoming events and services.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by management.
• Perform required physical tasks: stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance and perform the duties described above.
• Good vision, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus.

• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Nevada Gaming Registration required.
• Personable with excellent guest‑service skills.
• Ability to deal all required poker games and comprehensive knowledge of poker rules.
• Maintain knowledge and skills necessary to perform duties efficiently.
• Work effectively within a team‑oriented environment with strong communication.
• Present a pleasant professional demeanor and respond promptly to shift supervisor instructions.
• Proactively maintain cleanliness of the poker room without prompting.
• Adhere to all appearance standards, including no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
