Job Description
The Player Development Executive's primary focus will be driving acquisition of new-to-brand and new-to-market VIP+ customers to Caesars Entertainment's three Reno properties. The ideal candidate will be highly results-driven, with a proven ability to build, cultivate, and leverage strong internal and external networks to generate qualified player development opportunities and deliver measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Five (5) or more years’ experience as a Casino Host or Player Development Executive
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be proficient in using CRM platforms as well as casino management software.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have a systematic and process-oriented mind-set to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Must have excellent networking abilities.
- Must present well-groomed professional appearance.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be self-motivated and entrepreneurial, and committed to personalizing interactions to drive performance.
- Responsible for targeting, developing, and assessing new business relationships.
- Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
- Effectively delivers required sales targets.
- Maintains relationships with VIP/VVIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person with the ultimate goal of increasing new business.
- Creative thought in developing a wide customer base.
- Assists with special events as needed.
- Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Anticipates, responds to and consistently meets or exceeds the needs of internal clients.
- Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
- Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
- Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy.
- Responsible for managing coordinators and working effectively as a collaborative team player.
- Must be able to work long hours any day of the week and be able to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours).
- Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk when performing clerical functions.
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must present a well groomed appearance.
- Must be able to maneuver in and around the entire casino and hotel area.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke.
- Must be able to converse over the telephone in situations where there is loud and disruptive background noise.
- Able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized.

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTSMust have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
