Key Responsibilities- Serve as a core member of the executive leadership team, collaborating on company strategy and growth priorities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure compliance with financial controls and healthcare regulations
- Drive corporate development efforts, including M&A, partnerships, and capital strategy execution
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
- 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in healthcare services organizations
- Proven experience in growth-stage or PE / VC-backed companies
- Deep expertise in healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership and fundraising efforts
