Overview
This role provides comprehensive financial advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position involves triaging client leads, making referrals based on client needs and asset thresholds, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building financial plans, and recommending brokerage products. The role requires completion of required licenses and trainings and complies with SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
- Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals.
- Build financial plans incorporating brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
- Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and potential product services.
- Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
- Currently holds Series7 & Series
66 licenses (or Series
63 or65 in lieu of 66). - At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
- At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Ability to set and accomplish goals, build and nurture strong relationships, collaborate effectively, communicate confidently, manage goals and navigate complexity in a fast‑paced environment, learn and adapt to new information, manage time efficiently, and incorporate regulatory due diligence into daily activities.
- Bi‑lingual Spanish speaking.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
- At least three years’ experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
- Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Schedule & CompensationSchedule:
Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays.
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America).
Hours per week: 40.
Pay Range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, determined by experience, education and skill set.
Formulaic incentive plan:
