As our Senior Accountant, you’ll lead and oversee financial operations across multiple entities while helping guide strategic decision‑making.
- Oversee all accounting, finance, and business office functions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead budgeting processes and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Monitor cash flow and support capital planning efforts
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Partner with leadership to evaluate business strategies and financial feasibility
- Manage relationships with CPAs, financial institutions, and vendors
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance initiatives
- Contribute to special projects and organizational growth initiatives
We’re seeking someone who is both detail‑oriented and forward‑thinking, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
Experience- 3–5 years of accounting experience (AP/AR, general ledger, full‑cycle accounting)
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis preferred
- Audit and financial reporting experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and reporting tools
- Healthcare or medical billing experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Equivalent experience considered (8+ years in lieu of degree)
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
This is an on‑site position in a professional medical office setting. The role is primarily sedentary with occasional movement throughout the clinic.
