Financial Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by creating a financial plan that includes brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions, and money‑management options.
• Recommends banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers them to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or at the financial center clientele.

• Currently holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (Series 63 or Series 65 may be used in lieu of 66).
• At least one year of experience in the investment industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year of experience working in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Builds and nurtures strong relationships.
• Communicates effectively and confidently, and is comfortable engaging all clients.
• Efficiently manages time and capacity.
• Must be bilingual Spanish speaking (desired qualification).
