The Vault Cashier is responsible for processing cash transactions within a secure area, ensuring accuracy in handling, counting and distributing money.
Duties- Prepare bank deposits, receive and verify gaming revenues.
- Safeguard and maintain bankrolls.
- Quickly and accurately disburse internal banks.
- Accurately receipt and disburse Pit and Slot area fills and credits.
- Complete paperwork reconciliations for accounting.
- Perform simple functions required to correct various problems to keep machinery running.
- Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
- Previous money-handling experience with demonstrated ability to balance a bankroll.
- Ten-key by touch.
- Ability to handle complex transactions and multitask.
- Ability to self-audit and locate monetary variances.
