Resident Mentor – Mental Health Tech (MHT) – NOC Shift $500 sign‑on bonus
Join Willow Springs Center as a full‑time resident mentor.
Responsibilities- Serve as a member of the treatment team alongside therapists and nurses.
- Observe patient behavior, monitor effectiveness of treatment plans, and document progress in patient charts.
- Assist with programs, activities of daily living, recreational opportunities, and meals.
- Act as a role model for patients (ages 6–17) by demonstrating appropriate behavior and applying active‑listening techniques; establish therapeutic relationships through one‑on‑one interactions to accomplish treatment plan goals.
- Protect patients' rights by demonstrating professional behavior, reporting violations, responding to safety and security issues, and transporting patients to appointments and outings using company vehicles.
- Make critical decisions to restrain patients who pose a threat to themselves or others and who may be hostile and combative.
12‑hour NOC shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, available all week.
- Base pay plus weekend and night differential.
- Orientation lasts two weeks, Monday‑Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum one year in mental health arena; inpatient or outpatient psychiatry preferred.
