Responsibilities
Willow Springs Center is hiring part‑time Resident Mentors to provide compassionate, high‑performance support to youth ages 6 to 17 in our residential treatment program.
Shift Schedule
- Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Tuesday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Compensation
Base pay plus weekend and night differential. Orientation: 2 weeks, Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑5 PM before the first shift.
Resident Mentors work as part of the treatment team, observing patient behavior, documenting progress, and assisting with daily activities, recreation, and meals. They serve as role models, build therapeutic relationships, report safety incidents, and transport patients as needed. The position requires the ability to maintain the safety, health, and well‑being of the children in a therapeutic environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (additional education preferred)
- Minimum of one year in a mental health setting, with inpatient or outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
