Pediatric Resident Mentor (MHT) – NOC Shift with $500 sign on bonus

Responsibilities- Full‑time Pediatric Resident Mentors for Willow Springs Center.
- Offering a $500 sign‑on bonus.
- 12‑hour shifts available: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM.
- Base pay plus weekend and night differential.
- Orientation 2 weeks, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm, before starting duties.
- Observe patient behavior and document progress in patient charts.
- Assist with programs, activities of daily living, recreational opportunities, and meals.
- Provide one‑on‑one interactions with assigned patients to accomplish treatment‑plan goals.
- Act as a role model and use active listening techniques.
- Maintain patient rights and report violations of patient rights.
- Respond to safety/security issues and transport patients to appointments.
- Make critical decisions to restrain patients when necessary.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year in mental‑health arena; inpatient or outpatient psychiatry experience preferred.
