Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Supervise Resource & Service Navigators and provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Conduct evaluations, manage schedules, approve time off, and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Identify departmental issues and communicate them to leadership.
- Lead team meetings and support staff development.
- Program Oversight
- Manage daily operations and ensure timely follow‑up on all inquiries and service requests.
- Ensure program compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and quality improvements.
- Oversee data collection, program reporting, and documentation accuracy.
- Partnerships & Communication
- Maintain effective relationships with community partners.
- Represent the department at internal and external meetings.
- Service Delivery
- Maintain a small caseload and provide direct client services when needed.
- Ensure services are culturally competent and person‑centered.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience or related social services/nonprofit background.
- Experience working with seniors, people with disabilities, and/or diverse populations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Spanish - English Bilingual preferred.
- Must obtain Medicare Assistance Program Level II Certification within 2 months of hire.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Must pass a State of Nevada background check and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Required to pass a background check through the State of Nevada.
