What You Must Bring- Qualification to serve as Nevada Home Care Administrator
- 3–5+ years healthcare management experience
- Strong working knowledge of NRS/NAC home care regulations
- Experience leading staff and managing performance
Financial and operational oversight experience - Executive presence and professional communication
- Private-pay or concierge healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Full operational leadership
- Compliance and survey readiness
- Budget and revenue performance
- Staff culture and retention
- Client satisfaction and service standards
